1. Do you offer customization?

Yes! We specialize in custom name shawls, initial shawls, and the trending 804 number shawls.
You can add your preferred name, initials, or number while placing your order.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Processing: 2–3 business days (since every shawl is custom-made)

  • Total Delivery Time: 6–8 business days across Pakistan

3. How do I place a custom order?

Simply select your shawl, choose your customization option, and enter:

  • Name

  • Initials

  • Number (e.g., 804)

  • Any special instructions

Add to cart and checkout normally.

4. Can I change my order after placing it?

Because customization begins immediately, orders cannot be changed or canceled after being placed.
Please double-check your spelling and details before checkout.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns on custom orders unless:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item or wrong customization is delivered

You must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

We will replace your shawl free of charge.

7. Do you ship all across Pakistan?

Yes! We offer delivery throughout Pakistan with trusted courier partners.

8. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

If no:
