Since all shawls are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size preference

  • Wrong name or spelling provided by the customer

  • Personal dislike of color or design after delivery

We only accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:

1. Defective or Damaged Product

If your shawl arrives damaged, torn, misprinted, or faulty in any way.

2. Wrong Item Received

If your claim is approved:

  • Product has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Claim was filed after 48 hours of delivery
